Intertrust’s Dublin office was set up in 2009.  Today we have over 100 people and continue to grow.  The team and service offering has grown both organically and by acquisition over the years.  In 2015 we added the regulated AIFM to our offering as the first of our Funds services.  We have a diverse workforce with colleagues from nine nationalities with backgrounds in legal, tax, finance, co sec and accounting.

Our main service offering is Capital Markets - we provide services to Aviation, RE, CLO’s, Securitisations.  We also provide Corporate Services to multinational clients in the tech, retail, pharmaceutical industries; and our Fund Services team provides fund governance and AIFM services to a wide range of global asset and PE managers.
