The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the Talent Acquisition team within the HR department and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient management of the full recruitment process from A-Z.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting of job vacancies on our different recruitment networks (career website, job boards, universities, Linkedin etc.)
  • Direct sourcing of candidates on Linkedin
  • Keeping the recruitment CV database up to date
  • Contacting candidates to set up job interviews
  • Following up with recruitment agencies/headhunters
  • Scheduling interviews and ensuring a proper follow-up (requesting feedback, updating the recruitment database etc.)
  • Conducting interviews for Junior roles within the company
  • Representing Intertrust at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Super user for the HRIS (Workday) and being in charge of the creation of newcomers in the system and sending the respective workflows

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR or any related other related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR/Recruitment environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive to get things done
  • Excellent organization & communication skills
  • Agile and proactive
  • Full MS Office knowledge
  • Friendly and open-minded but assertive when needed
  • Dynamism and flexibility
  • Strong command of English
