The Corporate Account Officer will be responsible for the accounting of Intertrust (Luxembourg) Sàrl (ITL) and several other in-house companies.

As a Senior Corporate Account Officer, you play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team of experts, you will report directly to the Manager Accounting and Control. On a typical day you will be working on a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects, including:

  • Be responsible for general ledger bookings, including bookings of accruals, provisions, depreciation and amortization of fixed assets, bookings of staff expenses and tax provisions at each closing date
  • Prepare daily cash postings and reporting
  • Be responsible for booking supplier invoices and preparing payment instructions, while verifying internal control procedures are respected
  • Prepare monthly and yearly VAT declarations and work closely together with the Tax Director/Senior Manager Finance to ensure compliance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the local supervisor, the “Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier,” and follow up on any queries regarding these reports
  • Participate in IFRS monthly and periodic group reporting
  • Prepare the financial statements of Intertrust Luxembourg and in-house companies under Luxembourg GAAP and will be a direct contact person for external auditors for accounting matters
  • Actively participate in the establishment/maintenance of written working instructions/procedures of any process related to the accounting department and operations
  • Actively participate in ad hoc projects and the implementation of such and prepare ad hoc analysis as needed by management


We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a university degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (Bac+4) or relevant professional experience
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Accounting
  • Have broad knowledge in Luxembourg accounting principles and a good knowledge in IFRS principles
  • Have sound knowledge in financial management (accounting, reporting and controlling)
  • Have good knowledge of Luxembourg direct and indirect tax principles
  • Are fluent in French & English
