Role Specifications - Software solution implementation for client accounting

• Build good understanding of the current process workflows across multiple service lines
• Understanding key business requirements and challenges
• Get an in-depth knowledge of the software application in terms of its features & functionalities
• Play a key role in transitioning from current applications to the new software solution
• Collaborate and builds partnership with stakeholders in the implementation of the software
• Perform data cleansing/data mapping for data migration
• Perform detailed functional testing – software features, reports, templates etc
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time and complete within the set time frame
• Supporting the transitioning right until the go-live phase
• Actively support the end users in the daily operations until they build complete familiarity with the new software solution
• Should be open to travel per business needs
