Opportunity

As Fund Onboarding Manager, you will be part of the dynamic Fund Onboarding Team, providing support and coordination across all onboarding activities  including end to end project management, initial sales support/relationship management and risk assessment for our growing portfolio of Private Equity/Real Estate Fund clients.  

Position

As Fund Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities: 

  • Responsible for the day to day activities including management of team members and ensuring quality outputs to internal/external clients  
  • Project management of key onboarding projects including the seamless implementation of complex alternative fund structures 
  • In charge of the client relationship during the onboarding stage to ensure that the client receives an excellent service from Day 1 
  • Provide support in performing KYC analysis, risk assessments and initial review for Intertrust Luxembourg senior management
  • Work in line with internal procedures and under the guidance of the Head of Onboarding 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, product, sales, risk and compliance) to ensure best execution 
  • Support regulatory and audit reviews when required 

Profile

We are looking for candidates who: 

  • Have experience in onboarding/corporate secretarial/compliance or project management
  • Have 8+ years of experience, ideally in the funds industry 
  • Have analytical skills and attention to details 
  • Have the ability to multi-task and to take immediate actions 
  • Are pro-active, with the ability to take initiatives and ownership 
  • Are true team players, willing to listen and learn from others 
  • Are well structured and organised 
  • Have good communication skills 
  • Are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
