Intertrust Group is looking for a Project Manager to join the Global Digital & Business Change team in Amsterdam. In this role you will lead the successful and timely delivery of international, organizational change projects – mostly with a strong technology component. You will be working in an international and highly dynamic environment to help improve both the top- and bottom-line.

As Project Manager, you will work closely with the business and technology groups across jurisdictions.

Your responsibilities

  • Shape projects: define scope, approach, risks, financials and define success metrics to ensure Benefits Realization;
  • Formulate a project-brief & -plan including a planning for execution, to align with stakeholders and senior management sign-off;
  • Actively manage and deliver projects – on time and in budget;
  • Identify and liaise on milestones, activities and resources required to meet project objectives;
  • Report progress, risks and issues on a regular basis to leadership;
  • Be the primary point of contact for the business and the relevant Service Delivery team for all project related matters;
  • Develop and distribute internal and external project communication;
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to further develop our Business Change capability;

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor or master’s degree in business, accounting, (computer)science or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management and having worked on global scale projects;
  • Experience in the Financial/Professional/Consulting-or Technology Services industry;
  • You have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and achieving the desired business outcomes with a high sense of urgency, accountability and critical thinking skills;
  • Certification in Prince2, PMI, APM or equivalent is highly preferred;
  • Experience with Agile/ Scrum (PMI-ACP) and knowledge of SAFe desirable;
  • Able to collaborate with different stakeholders at various levels, across time zones, cultures and jurisdictions;
  • Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and with a drive to continuously improve and not afraid to roll up their sleeves;
  • Global mindset and willing to travel – typically for short periods;
  • Willingness to dive into the content & technical details of applications or processes;
  • Excellent English communication skills;
