I.BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Intertrust has 41 offices in 29 jurisdictions. The headquarters is in Amsterdam and the Group Finance functions are concentrated in Amsterdam.

The Group Finance team consists of the treasury, tax, financial planning & analysis, consolidation, external reporting, internal control, and finance process management.

This role is responsible for the budget and reporting of support functions within the Intertrust Group

II. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for the forecast, budget and 3 year planning process of the support functions
  • Drive and maintain proper functional cost reporting
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the management, group finance and functional owners
  • Act as finance business partner to the functional owners (Executive team)
  • Ensure accurate cost recognition and proper allocation to the various cost centers
  • Align with HR on reporting, hires, budget ownership
  • Manage S4HANA cost center structure and hierarchy
  • Continually identify areas for potential financial improvement
  • Design, Develop and maintain existing reports & dashboards and implement new dashboards for better visibility into the critical metrics

III. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

This role will report to the Group Head of FP&A

To work closely with the Group FP&A, local Finance Directors, functional business partners and functional owners

IV. CAPABILITIES REQUIRED:

Educational Qualification:  Management accountant/MBA/CIMA

Experience: 12-14+ years in Business Controlling, Financial Planning and Management Reporting roles in an international corporate environment

  • Proficient in consolidation tools such as SAP BFC, SAP BPC or SAP S/4 HANA
  • Excellent usage of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical thinking to provide reliable information
  • Ability to prioritize, navigate through various data sources and “connect the dots”
  • High accuracy level
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills that allow working and communicating across borders and functions
  • Proactive behavior
  • Ability to translate data into insights and drive the action items to the closure
  • Has a results-driven approach and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Structured approach, sense of urgency and able to perform under pressure towards tight deadlines
