Intertrust has 41 offices in 29 jurisdictions. The headquarters is in Amsterdam and the Group Finance functions are concentrated in Amsterdam.

The Group Finance team consists of the treasury, tax, financial planning & analysis, consolidation, external reporting, internal control, and finance process management.

This role is responsible for the Centralized financial data management and reporting within the Intertrust Group

II. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Design, develop, publishing and maintaining reports used for internal (management) and external reporting based on requirements for both actuals and planning cycles
  • Perform the testing after build from the IT
  • Prepare reports for business review meetings as well as ad hoc reporting
  • Prepare reports based on SAP Group Reporting (consolidation) tool but also on SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Suggest improvements on reporting and promote automation
  • Suggest ways to harmonize reporting

III. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

This role will report into the Functional Manager in the Finance Shared Services, India

To work closely with the Group FP&A, Consolidation and Regional Finance Directors

IV. CAPABILITIES REQUIRED:

Educational Qualification:  Chartered Accountant / MBA / Management accountant

Experience: 10+ years in Finance Planning and Management Reporting roles in an international corporate environment

  • Proficient in SAP consolidation tools such as BFC, BPC or SAP S/4 HANA
  • Keen on learning SAP S/4 HANA, Group Reporting tool and SAP Analytics Cloud or has already experience with these applications
  • Prior experience of Implementation of Management Information System
  • Excellent usage of Excel and Power Point
  • A strong understanding of the financial statements, consolidation
  • Analytical thinking to provide reliable information
  • Ability to prioritize, navigate through various data sources and “connect the dots”
  • High accuracy level
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills that allow working and communicating across borders and functions
  • Proactive behaviour
  • Structured approach, sense of urgency and able to perform under pressure towards tight deadlines
  • Has a rresult-driven approach and enjoys working as part of a team
