At Intertrust Group you are responsible for your own portfolio of international clients, acting as their local expert in matters relating to company law or accounting and financial reporting. You will coordinate and lead their local business and together with your team, you ensure that we deliver high quality services. As a Legal Associate, you play a critical role in the success of our business and your main responsibility will be to secure that our clients are in good legal standing. There is no such thing as a ‘typical day’ in this role, you will be working on a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects related to the set up and managing of corporate and private legal structures. We asked Jessica, a member of the legal team since five years, to describe her role;

                   ”What I enjoy the most with my job is building relationships and bringing in new clients and client companies. I like getting to know various industries, many of which I have never worked in before, and the freedom to create my own way of working and my role in the team. Working at Intertrust Group is quite “outside the box” and differs a lot from working at a law firm. One day I’m analyzing, interpreting and executing documents in large transactions and the next day I’m in board meetings, meeting with client, lawyers, auditors and tax advisors from all over the world”

As a Financial Account Manager you will be a part of a qualified accounting team with responsibility for the management and financial statutory reporting for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with some of the best minds in trust and corporate management services, spread across different businesses. Diana from the finance team put it like this;

                   ”To be honest, even if I have been with Intertrust Group for eight years now, I can admit that I’m still learning something new every day – and I love it! My role differs a bit from the typical accountant because I change my focus during a workday very much. A day can consist of everything between doing the accounting, bookkeeping, monthly- and annual reports to reconciliations and to have different client meetings. Another thing I really value is the international environment we’re in, I come across many kinds of people and cultures when working with the clients. Last but not least, the feeling of always having my team with me in the work I do, and also the close cooperation with the lawyers and payroll specialists’”

  • You are fluent in Danish and English, both speaking and writing
