Your position 

Innovative and efficient employee compensation arrangements often provide the competitive edge that an employer needs to attract and retain talent. Our Executive Compensation Services team delivers complete, pragmatic solutions in this rapidly developing area.  Clients range across all industry sectors but there is a real focus on market leading, global financial services companies.
Your role will be focused on achieving excellence for the Executive Compensation Services team and their clients. We are looking for a candidate with good organisation skills, good communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and attention to detail. 


A candidate can expect to be involved in a number of different administrative tasks which can vary considerably across our four specialised teams:
•    Deferred Compensation Team
•    Share Plan Team
•    Pensions & Savings Team
•    Carried Interest Team


A candidate would have a varied workload focused on providing exceptional customer service including but not limited to client communications, preparing paperwork such as resolutions and instructions for the trustee, instructions to intermediaries and business partners, updating award registers, updating trust records and assisting with on-boarding new clients.  If you are ambitious and looking for an exciting career to develop a range of skills, dealing with leading global clients, Executive Compensation Services provides great potential to grow.  This role may include exposure to any of the four specialised sub teams.

Technical Attributes 
•    Effectively administer key tasks relating to client’s incentive plans, with support from team management
•    Proactively take on additional administration tasks to support other team members based on client demands. Maintaining a task list and proactively updating this to ensure tasks are completed and managed appropriately
•    Develop and build knowledge of the applications used by the team including NAV One for trust accounting and reporting, Share Point for tasks and client summaries, and File Site for storage of trust documentation
•    To have an awareness of and be keen to develop an understanding of key trustee and plan administration concepts
•    To be willing to study towards an appropriate professional qualification as part of your career development such as STEP or CGI  
•    Comply with relevant jurisdictional and regulatory requirements and all Intertrust policies & procedures
•    To complete a timesheet daily achieving an agreed percentage of chargeable time every week, therefore assisting the team and wider department with meeting their on-going chargeability targets

Client Care 
•    Ensure client records are maintained accurately throughout
•    Communicate openly and honestly with clients and team members on a regular basis
•    Effectively manage and prioritise your daily work activities
•    Deliver excellent client service ensuring that clients are responded to within an agreed timeframe

People & Team 
•    Work alongside an experienced assistant manager and senior administrator assisting them with their workloads and taking responsibility for administration tasks under their supervision 
•    Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by team members 
•    Demonstrate Intertrust values these are excellence, responsiveness, innovative and connected, at all times
•    Establish good relationships with clients, intermediaries and team members 
•    Drive personal development using all the resources made available by Intertrust to achieve success 

Skills & Expertise 
•    Be able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
•    Must be committed and driven to achieving service excellence for themselves and their clients
•    Be pro-active and forward thinking
•    Intertrust would provide support towards obtaining a professional qualification i.e. CGI or STEP if a candidate wished to start or continue studying towards a professional qualification
•    A good working knowledge of Word and Excel and other Microsoft applications
