Senior company Lawyer (Structured Transactions) - Capital Markets
As a (senior) Securitisations Transaction Manager you play a key role between clients, advisors and other relevant parties and show ownership of Intertrust’s responsibilities in the setting up of the relevant legal structures, with assistance from junior colleagues

As a (senior) Transaction Manager at Capital Markets Services you are a legal counsel responsible for assessing, reviewing and onboarding new legal structures against the background of Intertrust’s internal principles and processes while providing guidance to potential clients and existing relationships in their business structuring.
Acting as the first point of contact concerning structural matters for clients, shareholders and other relevant parties and advisors;
Reviewing, interpreting and negotiating securitization documentation and terms & conditions with relevant parties (law firms, structurers, originators);
Coordinating the internal KYC/compliance acceptance process including transaction monitoring;
Co-responsible for maintaining and cooperating with key contacts within other Intertrust offices and for initiating new client contacts and business development (ie presentations, joint fee proposals);
Supporting amendments and reorganizations of client companies/structures;
Ensuring proper legal and financial records are maintained in relation to all client companies/structures;
Supporting the relevant Financial Account Management teams with advice on financial and legal issues and queries;
Responsible for the transfer of knowledge to junior members of the team;
Keeping up with market developments and proactively advising team management.
Legal Degree or equivalent with relevant banking or structured finance experience;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a banking or structured finance environment, preferably at a regulated (Dutch) financial institution;
Excellent analytical and commercial skills;
A team player with a positive critical and pro-active attitude, a strong personality and a “hands-on” mentality;
Able to work independently and accurately with effective communication skills;
Excellent English and Dutch language skills (both oral and written).
