The Position
Intertrust Private Wealth is a specialist team of administrators which caters specifically for the needs of wealthy families, family offices and owner-managed businesses. You will work closely with your team to manage a portfolio of private wealth clients covering a variety of trust structures. This role requires good attention to detail and someone who is a technical expert with Trusts Structures.

Technical Attributes
• Drive the development, implementation and evaluation of the Service Line strategy in your jurisdiction consistent with the relevant Intertrust Group and Service Line strategies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Risk Management strategy, policy & procedures for the Intertrust business having specific regard for the Services Line requirements
• Ensure that risk management policies and procedures are implemented within the Service Line to agreed strategy and standards

Client Care
• Drive the achievement of the Service Line specific business development goals through proactive management and development of key client relationships, contribution to cross-selling opportunities, and through the development of specific marketing and sales activities
• Manage a portfolio of key client relationships, acting as client relationship manager for key clients and drive the achievement of business development goals through proactive management and development of key client relationships
• Proactively support the Service line leaders in managing the relationship between the Service Line and Intertrust Group shareholders/Intertrust Group partners to ensure that services are effectively delivered and the development of new business is enhanced

People & Team
• Lead the allocated teams to develop robust business plans which enable delivery of expected performance outcomes. Lead the service delivery teams to deliver
• Lead the Service Line Management and Leadership team and in doing so, ensure adherence to Intertrust Group values and Intertrust operating boards' terms of reference
• Demonstrate effective leadership and management in accordance with Intertrust Group values and with agreed policies and procedures which are compliant with current laws and regulations
• Drive personal development using all the resources available at Intertrust to achieve success

Financials
• Manage the performance of the Service line and hold that team accountable for delivery of financial and operational targets agreed as part of the budget and business plan
• Consult with the Service Line leader and support the development of a coherent jurisdiction business plan and budget which reflects and anticipates the delivery of the overall Service Line strategic goals, budgets and business plans

Skills & Expertise
• JFSC Category A employee, holding a Table 4 qualification, or regulator approved persons in the relevant jurisdictions or for the relevant Intertrust Service line
• Broad understanding of the wide range of fiduciary products offered by Intertrust globally
• Detailed, in depth understanding of the specific offerings within the allocated Intertrust Service Line
• Relevant industry experience including within the Private Wealth sector
• High level of leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand, inspire and develop others
• Effective communicator
• Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a team
