Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client Management

  • To liaise with prospects/clients for details of services and preparation of proposal
  • To be in charge of the overall accounting of the companies and funds as assigned
  • To participate in the preparation of meetings with clients and external parties
  • To coordinate with the Compliance team and clients for the completion of KYC, to prepare the Client Acceptance Documentations, and to ensure all compliance are met
  • To review the documents received and conduct briefing on commencement of services
  • To attend to client enquiries, and to assist and guide the team for complex enquiries


  • Bookkeeping – to follow up with clients for any outstanding documents, to review the data input by junior staff member
  • To review reports and financial statements for clients
