Your Position

Our Corporate Services Division provides accounting, company secretarial, payroll and treasury services to our clients, whereby you will have the opportunities to learn about the various business entities, business environment, regulatory system, and laws in different jurisdiction. This position will assist the team on daily operations to provide professional services to our clients. You will provide secretarial support to the team as a whole and report directly to the Director, key responsibilities include:

  • To provide general secretarial and administration support to the team
  • Prepare various report, monthly billings and liaise with other divisions
  • Assist with the preparation of service agreement and invoices to clients on regular basis
  • Participate in non-statutory matters such as due diligence on clients
  • Assist the team in new client onboarding process, such as prepare engagement letter and new clients’ onboard agreements, create and update various internal systems
  • Attend to other ad hoc tasks when required

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience in a sizeable firm
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with basic Mandarin;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Independent, responsible, mature, outspoken, attention to details, and keen to learn;
  • Must be proficient in PC operations and Chinese word processing
