As the Accounting Assistant you will be a vital part of our Accounting team, maintaining and providing strength to Intertrust Group’s brand position across Spain. You will be part of a local and collaborative Legal team of around 30 people.
Support in the management of correspondence of client entities:
Download of E-notifications from Autonomous Community/tax office and Municipality websites.
Distribution to servicers/asset managers of correspondence received by client entities (daily e-mailing).
Registration of documents forwarded to servicers.
Coordination and management of document delivery by mail, registered mail and courier ( communications and writs to clients, notaries, tax authorities, Municipalities…).
Scan, name and archive of deeds and documents of client entities.
Support to the legal team in the following tasks:
Collection of deeds from notaries.
Record of public deeds before the Trade Register: Submission of deeds before the Trade Register, Follow-up of inscription and collection of deeds from the Trade Register.
Coordination with notaries of the execution of public deeds (ratification of sale deeds) by Directors and ITG Attorneys.
Support in the submission of official books and annual accounts to the Mercantile Register.
Support to the Tax team in the following tasks:
Coordination of submission of tax reports (Stamp Duty Tax reports to the Tax Authorities).
Weekly online application for appointments to the Tax Office (AEAT).
Fill in and submission of tax reports under supervision of the tax manager (massive tax reports for portfolios like Business Activity Tax before municipalities).
Support in the Management of e-certificates and registration before Tax Authorites:
Support in the obtainment, managing and renewal of e-certificates: Preparation of docs and forms needed for e-certificate request, legalization before Notary Public and coordination of the submission of all these documents to the Tax Authorities. Download of e-certificates. Monitoring of the expiry of the e-certificates and periodic renewal of e-certificates. Support in the registration of client entities for telematic notifications before the local Tax Authorities.
Any other administrative task needed for the support of the tax, legal and accounting teams.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s in accounting or similar.
• A great command of English to speak fluently with clients (C1).
• Good presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• A proactive approach to everyday tasks and team-oriented person.
• A desire to work with different cultures.
