Legal Associate to Intertrust Group Denmark

Intertrust Group Denmark is looking for a Legal Associate to its growing team of corporate services. A dynamic role with lots of room for growth and development.
Within corporate services you will, together with your colleagues, handle a variety of matters relating to foreign and domestic companies’ compliance matters in Denmark, coordinating and assisting our clients with the statutory part of their local business. In this role you will be mostly dedicated to multinational clients within the private equity and real estate sector.
- Legal administration and compliance matters of Danish limited liability companies, with a focus on corporate law questions, corporate secretarial matters, KYC-processes, dividend and capital distributions as well as some HR and employment law matters;
- corporate secretarial and other work relating to Board memberships in Danish limited liability companies including i.a. arranging and taking part in board meetings and general meetings of client entities;
- preparation and review of corporate minutes and other legal documents;
- coordination of and cooperation with Danish and foreign lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, banks and relevant authorities, and colleagues from other Intertrust Group offices.
The ideal candidate for the role will be proactive, thorough, detail and solution oriented, service minded and flexible. You are positive, easy to work with and eager to learn. You have some experience from working with corporate law- related issues and are eager to develop your professional skills further. You have a genuine interest in working in close cooperation with an international client base, your colleagues in Denmark and abroad and supporting the clients’ business.
You have received your legal education (Master of Laws) in Denmark and have minimum of 3 years relevant work experience from a law firm, in-house position, big 4 or similar companies in Denmark. You are fluent in English, both written and oral. Knowledge in the real estate or private equity/fund sector is considered beneficial but not a requirement.
