We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Amsterdam. Together with our team you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment for our Netherlands entity. 

The position 

As Corporate Recruiter at Intertrust Group you will support build and improve the current recruitment process and develop new strategies and programs to attract the best talent for Intertrust Group.

There are lots of opportunities for projects to work on! Recently we launched an exciting new Graduate Talent Programme. Together with the other Corporate Recruiters you are the main point of contact for all recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer negotiations. This means that you will closely collaborate with your internal customers (job holders) and work together with potential external vendors.

Your resposibilities

  • Organizing the role out of our new Graduate Talent Programme;

  • Recruiting professionals for Intertrust NL, predominantly in Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance; 

  • Sourcing top talent online, via social media, referrals and other recruitment tools; 

  • Manage the pipeline of candidates; 

  • Partner with hiring managers and follow up on recruitment needs; 

  • Create talent pools for future vacancies; 

  • Identify future opportunities on attracting new talent; 

  • Attend and help organizing (digital) career events, and following up on potential top talent; 

  • Help to build and further professionalize recruitment services of the whole team. 

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and (corporate) environment; 

  • Knowledge and proven experience of working with/ setting up recruitment marketing and the use of social media and networks; 

  • Ideally you are experienced in working on a Graduate Talent Programme;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, verbally and in writing; 

  • Excellent communication skills, flexible, accurate, proactive, self-starting, a strong team player with great planning and organizing skills; 

  • Other than Dutch, you speak English fluently; 

  • Experienced with stakeholder management; 

  • Strong decision-making skills and professional working attitude; 

  • Able to be flexible in a fast-moving environment; 

  • You keep the candidate experience on top of your mind during the full recruitment process, 

  • You like to network, both internally as well outside the walls of Intertrust.
