Together with your nine colleagues you will both be setting the frames and creating the content of our Nordic internal finance function in an interesting phase in our continued growth. You will be working together with both junior and senior Accounting Managers and play an important role in the success and development of the business support towards your colleagues. You will be assisting in creating good processes and updates of reporting, in month end reporting, forecasting and budgeting as well as daily ongoing tasks such as requests from colleagues working with clients, surveys from governmental organizations, VAT declarations, payroll tax declarations etc.
You will work close with and report to the Finance Director Nordic and your role will be a support for all the Nordic countries which means some business travel may be required.
- Reconciliations, reporting and monthly closings
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Assist with the yearly closings, audits and annual reports
- Develop and improve internal processes
- Ad hoc assignments
- Background from accounting and a well-developed understanding of bookkeeping
- Academic degree with a major in Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience from a similar role in the Nordics
- Advanced skills in Excel and a well-developed system usage. Experience from SAP is an advantage
- Fluency in English is a must, other Nordic languages is an advantage
