The Billing Officer is responsible for timely and accurate processing of invoice related client master data and client project data in ViewPoint as well as SAP ensuring accurate invoicing to our clients of our services provided. New clients and changes to existing contracts, including credit notes through change request forms are a variety of change requests relating to invoicing.

Your responsibilities

• Update and maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of new client contracts (in ViewPoint and SAP)

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of new client services, and other change requests including properly approved credit notes (in ViewPoint and SAP)

• Process annual indexation of client contracted fees

• Maintain client master data management

• Follow processes and procedures in order to complete billing tasks according to the quality standards

• Monitor weekly timely submission of timesheets

• Support Business Units in researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues

• Support Business Units with data management

• Managing Finance e-mail boxes

• Produce reports and analysis of Work In Progress (WIP)

• Provide supporting documentation for audits

• Support in Month End Close process (complete all requests and/or determine accrual)

Your profile

• Bachelor/Master degree in finance/accounting

• Proven track record of data entry and management

• 8 + years of experience in billing and general finance practices

• Fluent in English

• SAP S4 hana knowledge is an advantage

• Proficiency using MS tools (Excel,Word, Power point)

• Understanding of Share Service finance end to end processes focusing on AR related tasks

• Experience with working in a multinational environment

• Strong problem solving and communication skills

• Customer focused mindset

• Experience in other end-to-end finance processes is an advantage (Master Data, AP,)
