Working alongside business leaders, key stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure that all recruitment and onboarding activity is completed in a professional and efficient manner. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle, delivering excellent support as well as building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships to source, attract and onboard talent.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Work with the Head of HR to input into the UK hiring strategy
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential future candidates
  • Formulate sourcing strategies for each vacancy, working closely with the hiring manager to identify clear requirements for each vacancy 
  • Create an implement end-to-end hiring process to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process through to onboarding
  • Source direct candidates
  • Utilize WorkDay for applicant tracking and reporting
  • Review and maintain a preferred supplier list of employment agencies relevant to the various service line
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Actively source passive candidates
  • Support hiring managers to use LinkedIn to leverage networks
  • Manage all logistics within recruitment through to onboarding
  • Raise job requisitions with hiring manager and maintain open job requisitions/roles
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research
  • Cross reference candidates with internal intelligence
  • Devise and organise candidate testing and assessments as required
  • Ensuring the company recruits within a diverse candidate base and promotes the benefits of a diverse workforce
  • Create and update job descriptions for each vacancy
  • Build a professional network with external processionals and peers
  • Review or create recruitment and interview guides for hiring managers
  • Organise the pre-screening for all new short-listed applicants and ensure appropriate references are obtained
  • Check-in with new joiners and hiring managers once onboarding is completed
  • Liaise with relevant internal parties to coordinate inductions and ensure day 1 ready
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure smooth induction and onboarding cycle  
  • Coach and guide hiring managers in recruitment techniques
