Your Opportunity

As a Senior Relationship Manager Capital Markets at Intertrust in Germany you will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with industry leaders in management & administration services to securitisation, structured finance & alternative finance transactions. You will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative and financial responsibilities for our international clients.

Your Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager Legal, you play a critical role in the success of our business. Your typical day will see you working on a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects, including:

• Working directly with our clients and potential clients, analysing and interpreting documents, regulations and procedures (including KYC and Compliance Policy requirements) relating to our clients’ legal and fiscal opportunities
• Evaluating our integrated products and solutions as well as setting up and managing public as well as private legal structures
• Reviewing legal documents regarding securitisation, structured finance & alternative finance transactions and assess and manage Intertrust’s potential liabilities in various roles
• Establishing and maintain Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and take on managing the corporate administration, accounting and other back office requirements
• Actively participating in growing and marketing our business
• Participating as a core member of our team and helping sustain our strong reputation as a leading provider of trust and corporate management services

Your Skills

• Working experience in an international company/law firm/tax or audit company: 3 years or more
• Comprehensive knowledge of German (corporate) law
• Basic knowledge of accounting requirements
• High motivation and hands-on-mentality
• Languages: German/English fluently
