Data Analyst
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the COO Office. In this role you will be a key part of providing support to the COO team. The COO office has four primary segments – IT, Funds, Operations, and the Luxembourg office.
The position
As the Data Analyst, you report to the Chief of Staff (“CoS”). You will assist and communicate with senior leaders across the COO Office and organization. The position requires ability to identify, understand and analyze data / trends related to key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
Collating and monitoring trends in data
Sourcing data and working with global teams in order to do so
Analyzing relevant data for meaningful trends and actions along with the Chief of Staff (“CoS”)
Creation of relevant PPT and excel to present said data findings
Your profile
Bachelor or University degree
1-3 years experience in financial services or business with a focus on data analysis
Good PowerPoint and Excel skills, PowerBi skills a plus
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
Good experience with data analysis.
Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
Exceptional organizational and people skills – you are a true connector.
