As the Associate you will be a vital part of our Global Entity Solutions (GES) Bangalore team, acting as a Global client relationship manager for large multinational clients. A dynamic role with lots of room to learn and grown within the organization.


The position

As the Associate you will be part of Global Entity Solutions - Intertrust (GES), will be actively collaboration with the onboarding team and all Intertrust offices to ensure an effective service delivery to the Intertrust clients. You will report into the Manager and recommend strategies to improve the client service delivery model enhancing client satisfaction.


To give an idea, you will be regularly interacting with the client and internally in Intertrust with sales team, client onboarding leads, Risk and Compliance team (as applicable), Intertrust offices (globally) to continue client’s service deliveries effectively. Next to this you will play an important role in process improvement, enhancement to the existing process and contribution in formulating / developing the internal governance framework.


Your responsibilities 

 Global client relationship experience, preferably with focus on large multinational clients

Understands the practice of global entity administration (e.g. statutory and regulatory requirements, meeting statutory deadlines, corporate governance, accounting principles, etc) and the effort it takes to maintain legal entities in good standing

Build relationships across a diverse client base and international landscape: extensive experience and proven success with formulating, implementing and sustaining client development efforts, and in building/expanding client relationships with external clients, internal clients (Intertrust officers) and partners

People management experience: drive to manage high performance team/ strong leadership and team building skills, combined with the ability to mentor, motivate, assess and discipline talent effectively and fairly to take the best out of the team. 

Project management skills: to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with competing deadlines/ ability to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure/ ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision


Your profile

·       2 year work experience in the international business landscape

·       Corporate law degree/ Qualified Company Secretary

·       In-house corporate law/ corporate secretarial experience is a plus

·       Experience with US multinational/ corporate (service) culture is a plus

·       Excellent communication skills, English is a must and additional language and cultural experience is a plus

·       Inspiration: is willing to build on the “team of the future” and “dares to dream” by introducing concrete innovative ideas to improve internal and external client experiences, productivity and service delivery. Is willing to go ‘against the establishment’ with realistic and implementable ideas.

·       Service tech: we work with different applications in different parts of the client life-cycle:

Ø  CRM (MS Dynamics) during sales funnel & onboarding stage

Ø  EMS (ViewPoint and SAP) during onboarding and service stage and for time writing

Ø  DMS (Laserfiche) during onboarding and service stage

Ø  Client Portal/ Entity Management (hCue, Diligent, Blueprint, GEMS; external) during service stage, if used by the client.

Ø  Process Monitoring during onboarding and service stage

·       Experience with adopting and applying various service tech applications in order to deliver smooth service and reporting deliverables is a must

·       High quality standards and can do mentality with positive mindset

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
