As a Payroll Assistant in our Payroll & HR Services team you will be assisting our Payroll Managers with a wide range of tasks related to the monthly payroll cycle. You will be involved in making sure payroll inputs are handled within deadline and the payroll process runs smooth, to handling ad-hoc questions related to payroll or HR for our client companies’ and their employees. Our aim is that you eventually will be responsible for your own clients and take ownership of all processes and drive them forward.

In this role you will be involved in:

  • Onboarding/offboarding employees to payroll
  • Processing of monthly payroll data
  • Monthly reconciliation of payroll vs income
  • Assist team with diverse ad hoc tasks

Who are you?

For us, the most important thing is drive and curiosity. It is an advantage if you have been working with the payroll process or in the consultancy business before, but not required.
