We are looking for ambitious and driven legal professionals who speak and write fluently in English and are proficient in Dutch. Your Responsibilities

  • Strategically advising on legal and fiscal opportunities for our (potential) clients;

  • Setting up and managing corporate and private legal structures;

  • Evaluating our products and solutions;

  • Acting as an intermediate between all relevant stakeholders internally and externally;

  • Strengthen and sustain our reputation as a proactive provider in trust and corporate services.

Your Profile

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dutch Law, ideally in Corporate or Commercial Law; 

  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Dutch;

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years (international) working experience within a regulated (Dutch) financial institution, law firm, or trust office;

  • A team player with a positive critical and proactive attitude, a strong personality, and a “hands-on” mentality;

  • Attention to detail, flexibility and very well organized;

  • Comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, environment.
