Location: Amsterdam (hybrid 60/40) 

Vacancy Type: Permanent 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Company Lawyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring legal entities, assessing our products and services, and managing both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to provide guidance and advice to junior lawyers and ensure they have the necessary support. If you possess the required qualifications, skills, and an enthusiasm for Private Equity Services, then we would love to have you join our team. 


Our Fund Service Line comprises world-class teams of highly trained and experienced professionals who offer a wide range of services. Our Private Equity Services team forms part of this service line and provides administration and transactional services to both domestic and international clients. The team assists funds and their managers to stay compliant with local and international regulations by providing management services, accounting and administrative services, corporate secretarial assistance, payroll services and a host of other legal and financial transactional services. Our team is committed to providing personalized and practical solutions and forming long-term relationships with our clients and business partners. 


Your Responsibilities 

  • Managing their own portfolio of Clients; 

  • Supporting the junior lawyers with their tasks;

  • A team player with a positive critical and proactive attitude, a strong personality, and a “hands-on” mentality; 

  • Able to work independently and accurately with effective communication skills; 

  • Understands the challenges firsthand and flags and shares them with the manager. 


Your Profile 

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of working experience within the trust, financial services industries, law firms; 

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Dutch law or similar’; 

  • Fluent in English. 



  • Dutch speaking; 

  • Master’s degree in Dutch law; 

  • Experience working for multinational companies.
