The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Financial Administrative Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the team, whilst ensuring that the clients' entities are in good standing and compliant with local and international legislation and regulations.
Your Responsibilities
You will be required to draft balance sheets, profit-and-loss accounts and annual reports in accordance with Dutch GAAP or IFRS standards, as well as monitor transactions and payment processes, arrange filings and registrations with the relevant authorities (Chamber of Commerce, Tax Authorities, Dutch Central Bank). You will also be responsible for keeping the records of the client entities up to date, strengthening and sustaining our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services, and acting as a gatekeeper and making sure we protect the financial system, and WFT regulations. Your Profile
A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience within the trust, financial services industries, or accounting firms;
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or equivalent;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred
Dutch speaking;
Master’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent;
Working experience at a big four accounting firm in the Netherlands.
