The Position
Our award-winning Corporate Services team in Jersey provides a full suite of services into a fast expanding global business and client base. Services include: directors, corporate administration, secretarial, bookkeeping and accounting services to diverse corporate and institutionally owned multi-jurisdictional structures consisting of companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts and other vehicles.
Given Intertrusts’ exceptional client base, the team work on the most varied and complex of assignments. We operate a global service line which ensures consistent application of good governance and best practice in corporate administration services across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, and provides the ability to deliver innovative solutions to clients with an international profile.
Your Responsibilities
Build knowledge and experience in practice areas
Be responsible for the administration of a portfolio and for ensuring clients are managed effectively
Be responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures and standard documents and contribute to the development of procedures where appropriate
Keep up to date with technology and business tools that are relevant to the role
Ensure that clients’ statutory records and the statutory database/register is up to date
Proactively contribute to Knowledge Management and to the development of precedents and procedures
Consider regulatory issues at all time and report any concerns to senior management as appropriate
Establish credibility with clients
Oversee the quality of client service provided by direct reports
Be responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients
Develop awareness of the potential to generate new business for the business group from both new and existing clients
Supervise and assist in the training of any direct reports, provide regular feedback and identify any additional training needs
Ensure timeliness of debt collection and accuracy of billing
Produce and manage fee estimates and quotations
Your Profile
Experience in a similar role
Be able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
Strong academic background and hold ICSA/STEP/ACCA
Have expert knowledge of local legislation
Be able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
