We’re looking for a Senior Company Lawyer to join our Global Capital Markets team.
Global Capital Markets is a specialized division of Intertrust Group. Our expertise stretches across the whole range of asset classes, whether in public or privately placed bonds or secured loan warehouse facilities including ABS, aviation, RMBS, covered bonds, CLO transactions, insurance-linked securities, project finance, CMBS, SME loan structures, high yield bonds, alternative finance, corporate bonds and more.

What you’ll do for us
Being the go-to for all the complex clients, key clients, and complex structures;
Ensure that the clients' client entities are in good legal standing and are compliant with local & international legislation and regulations;
Assist with setting up and managing corporate, fund, and private legal structures;
Assist the clients' entities with corporate secretarial support & transactional assistance;
Enable the clients to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters;
Keep the records of the client entities up to date;
Sustain and strenghten our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services;
Act as a gatekeeper and make sure we protect the financial system, and WFT (“Wet Financieel Toezicht”) regulations;
Managing and coaching junior members of the team.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Required qualifications:
5+ years of working experience within the trust, financial services industry, or law firms;
Experienced in working for multinational companies;
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of structured finance and securitizations;
Experienced in client service delivery;
Working experience within a law firm (banking & finance), banks or private equity firms;
Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
