What you’ll do for us 

• Delivering the annual Compliance Monitoring Program; 

• Following regulatory trends, keeping track of changes to laws and regulations relevant to the relevant Intertrust Group activities, and ensuring these are incorporated in the respective internal policies; 

• Ensuring all allocated tasks are proactively managed to resolution; 

• Being an expert in the allocated field of responsibility, be able to provide independent and fact-based advice to client teams. 

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? 

Required Qualifications:  

• 5+ years of working experience in a second line role within the compliance department of a regulated financial institution; 

• Good understanding of the services provided, potential risks, and mitigants; 

• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure; 

• Fluent in English, both oral and written;

• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team; 

• Holding a relevant compliance-related qualification; 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
