Transaction Manager

32/40 hours per week

We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our Global Capital Markets team.

What you’ll do for us  

• Act as the first point of contact concerning structuring matters for clients, shareholders, and other relevant parties and advisors;

• Review, interpret, and negotiate securitization documentation and terms & conditions with relevant parties (law firms, structurers, originators);

• Cooperate with the Business Compliance team on the (internal) KYC/compliance acceptance process including transaction monitoring and internal coordination;

•  Be co-responsible for maintaining and cooperating with key contacts within (other) Intertrust and CsC offices and for initiating new client contacts and business development (ie events, presentations, joint fee proposals);

• Support amendments and reorganizations of client companies/structures;

• Ensure proper legal and financial records are maintained in relation to all client companies/structures;

• Support the relevant financial account management, Legal, and operations teams with advice on financial and legal issues and queries;

• Be responsible for the transfer of knowledge to (junior) members of the team;

• Keep up with market developments and proactively advise team management.  

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? 

Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Finance, or equivalent, with relevant banking or structured finance experience;

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional securitization experience, in a structured finance environment (preferably in a regulated Dutch financial institution);

• Excellent analytical and commercial skills;

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Preferred:

• Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
