We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our internal Legal Team which consists of a Senior Legal Counsel and our Head of Legal. Our knowledgeable professionals in the internal legal team work closely together on a broad variety of legal and regulatory issues.

What you’ll do for us
Act as Secretary to the board and the Supervisory Board of Intertrust Group Netherlands;
Prepare the agenda of the meetings of the Board and Supervisory Board of Intertrust Netherlands and minute the meetings;
Review, draft, and advise of any contracts to be entered into by Intertrust Group Netherlands;
Review, negotiate, approve, and advise on the execution of any service agreements with clients, including any deviations on the Intertrust Group templates;
Drafting, filling, and maintaining of any regulatory licenses and the related manuals;
Explain legal language;
Advise on and draft any communication with regulators and maintain the relationship with them;
Register and monitor claims and incidents;
Provide training to all staff in relation to the above matters, including recurring legal knowledge sessions;
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in corporate or civil law;
At least 3 years of working experience in the legal or corporate services industry or banking;
Extensive understanding of the Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code;
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Dutch corporate or civil law;
Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
