We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Financial Economic Crime team.
The Financial Economic Crime team is committed to preventing and detecting financial crimes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the integrity of our organization and clients. Our Financial Economic Crime team is at the forefront of this endeavor, working tirelessly to identify and mitigate risks associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes.

What you’ll do for us
Work independently on the check of the compliance files;
Perform high-quality checks of compliance files for more challenging, largely international, high risk and/or highly demanding & sensitive clients;
Pro-actively assist the CDD analysts to finalize the review of compliance files;
Pro-actively reach out in case of questions, remarks, or issues for escalation;
Monitor timelines and the progress of the quality checks on the compliance files;
Being familiar with the policies, procedures, and processes within the company;
Perform high -uality CDD reviews in line with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures;
Plan and organize own activities;
Coach and provide feedback to CDD analysts and other colleagues in the first line of defense;
Make proposals for training and improvement of processes and content development.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Required qualifications:
5+ years of working experience in compliance;
Knowledge of WWFT regulation and Sanction law;
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Preferred qualifications:
Working experience in trust and/or corporate services provider industry;
Knowledge of WTT regulation;
Residing in the Netherlands.
