We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR & Payroll Services team.

Our HR & Payroll Services team manages the payroll of our international and local clients. Our team has a wealth of payroll experience. What you’ll do for us 

• Plan, process, review and file salary information received from our clients;

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll of our clients;

• Be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the client payrolls by responding to client and employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters;

• Onboard new clients and employees and set up the payrolls;

• Support and ensure compliance with relevant Dutch legislation;

• Participate in projects to continuously review and improve processes related to payroll;

• Keep up-to-date and gather information on any changes and development in tax legislation, social securities, or any other changes that may influence the payroll process;

• Support on year-end activities.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, supplemented with PDL or VPS education;

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience with Dutch payroll;

• Fluent in English, both oral and written;

• Sound knowledge of Dutch tax, social and labor laws and regulations;

• Accurate, analytical and well organized and able to deal with deadlines;

• Sound knowledge of Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienced in working with Nmbrs software;

• Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
